Cheer Cheer Dress

A dress with machine applique penant, football, and pom pom and the lettering "Cheer, cheer" stitched on the front. It can come in kelly green or navy long sleeve or navy short sleeve. The dress pictured with the design is a sample and a different style. I have attached images of the ruffle-edge dress available for this design.
